Cancellation Policy

Ámbar Beach — Calpe, Alicante

✅ 1. Free cancellation (60+ days)

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

⚠️ 2. Partial refund (30–60 days)

If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

❌ 3. Non-refundable (less than 30 days)

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are not eligible for any refund.

🏠 4. Cancellation by the owner

The owner may cancel a booking in the following cases: availability error, maintenance needs, force majeure, violation of house rules, or false information provided by the guest. In all cases, a 100% refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 days. The owner assumes no liability for any additional guest expenses.

💳 5. Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days of booking confirmation. Accepted methods: bank transfer or Bizum.

📝 6. Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request any changes.

🚫 7. House rules / immediate cancellation

Parties, illegal use of the property, or intentional damage will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund.

🔒 8. Right of admission

The owner reserves the right of admission and may refuse bookings at their discretion.

⚖️ 9. Applicable law

This policy is governed by the civil and consumer laws in force in Spain.

✅ 10. Acceptance

Making a booking implies full acceptance of this cancellation policy.
