Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, payment and booking modification conditions.

✅ Free cancellation (more than 60 days)

Cancel free of charge more than 60 days before check-in. Full refund within 1-3 business days.

⚠️ Partial refund (30 to 60 days)

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

❌ Non-refundable (less than 30 days)

Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. 100% of the total will be charged.

💳 Booking payment

To confirm your booking, payment must be made within the next 3 days. Otherwise, the booking will not be confirmed and the dates will be released.

Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer. If you pay by transfer, you will receive an email confirming receipt of payment.

📝 Modifications
